I squeezed in some birding around travel yesterday 2/4. L. Milton in western Mahoning Co. didn't have much of interest, but did have 50 c. goldeneyes. Summit L. in Akron was better with Canada geese, mallards, 2 lesser scaup, 4 c. goldeneyes, 15 hooded mergansers, 1 ruddy duck, 1 common loon, 32 Am. coots, and a few ring-billed & herring gulls.
