Micki Hendrick and I decided to check out Funk this afternoon and were not
disappointed! Along with seeing probably 150 trumpeter swans in two
different groups we were also treated to 4 ( 3 white& 1 blue morph) snow
geese. Other waterfowl seen from the observation platform included;
pintail, ring neck, red head, black duck, american wigeon, mallards plus a
lone adult bald eagle on Wilderness Rd. Not bad for a 45 minute look!
