At least two of the Black Vultures reported yesterday by Jen Brumfield continue in Bay Village. I spotted them from my patio while drinking coffee about 10 minutes ago. My house is about a half mile WEST of the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center, one block north of Wolf Rd. The 2 Black Vultures were with 2 Turkey Vultures and were moving west along Wolf Rd.

There has been a group of 6-8 Turkey Vultures roosting each evening in some trees behind a house on the north side of Wolf Rd. by the high school. They can easily be seen from the parking lot of the high school. It's probably worth checking to see if they are being joined by the Black Vultures.

Great addition to the yard list.
