Please accept my sincere apologies to members of the list, RAPTOR, Inc., and especially Susan Williams for my premature report of the Barn Owl.  I allowed my excitement and enthusiasm to overrule my common sense and good manners.  I should not have posted the bird without checking with the property owners first.  It was a serious breach of birder etiquette to release information about such a desirable bird found when I was a guest on private property.  I am so sorry for any disturbance I have caused.
