This bird is eluding me. i finally saw it- most of it.  I think it is a
sparrow or sparrow like- brownish- whitish breast, two faint wing bars-
couldn't see head very well. up in the branches of flowering tree

 song three notes evenly spaced and pitched and then it has the notes get
faster and faster like someone dropped ping pong ball and then got lower
and lower with the hand so bounces were speeding up in like a trill.
