nice day to be outside, so after schooli decided to start @Whiskey Island/WendyPark and work my way east toward home! 4:30 Wendy Park 53* strong winds fromsouth/southwest100+ gulls on docks of marina -RBGulls mostly(less than 5 Herring)NO ducks in marina at all!between the land and the breakwallthere is little happening - Canada Goose - 6less than 50 gulls flying about walked north of the wooded area and alongthe shore line  - i didn't see a single bird inthe trees or bushes the whole way to the river once @ the river quite a few birds!on my walk out to the Coast Guard stationto about 50 meters beyond the river's mouthwas the following - RBMergs - 300+Ring-necked Duck - 3FOY Double Crested Cotmorants - 15gulls milling about (either swimming/roosting on banks/flying around) 100-ish  mostly RBGulls a few Herring and1 GBBacked Gull i walked back along the road near the RR tracks and theonly birds besides gulls seen/heard were a coupleRWBBirdsno birds in the wooded area again!back to car @ 5:10  5:20 is Inner Harbor north of Rock HallCanada Goose - 12Coot - 9FOY Pied-billed Grebe - 3Mallard - 350-ish gulls flying about - only RBGulls5:35 i check out water east of 9th St Pier - ZERO 5:35 by Hornblowers (looks loke work being done there!)and the USS Cod - Coot - 9 5:40 Lakeside Yacht Club (where boats enter the marina)Scoter sp - 3Redhead - 10Ring-necked Duck - 14Common Goldeneye - 7Bufflehead - 6  6:00 Forest City Yacht Club (where boat enter/exit marina)RBMergs - 4FOY Horned Grebe - 1 6:10 72nd St MarinaRing-neked Duck - 8Horned Grebe - 1 6:20   CEI in/outZERO 9a few gulls flying) 6:23west of ICYC (north of docks)Coots - 5 6:26 Gordon Boat LaunchRBMerg - 1Coot - 1Ring-necked Duck - 4Great Black-backed Gull - 1 (swimming all alone near Dike 14) buster
