"Lazy" birding at Seneca Lake, Noble County on April 7/8 -- all birds
listed here were seen/heard without moving from our deck on County
Road 65 along the lake!

Mourning dove
Northern cardinal
Tree swallow (observed nest building) - LOTS
Eastern bluebird (observed nest building)
Osprey (1 observed flying with fish in talons; also observed 2 on
ground, inspecting deer carrion)
Bald eagle (observed flying with fish in talons)
Carolina wren
Eastern towhee
Eastern phoebe
Northern flicker (up to 3 at a time)
Red-bellied woodpecker
Downy woodpecker
Great blue heron
Common loon
Double-crested cormorant
Common tern
Carolina chickadee
Tufted titmouse
American robin
American goldfinch
Yellow-rumped warbler
Brown thrasher
Blue jay
Northern mockingbird
