Today about 3:30 I stopped by Eastlake where there were probably over 500 
cormorants lining a jetty just north of the plant...last photo of page linked 
below, and there was about 3x the amount shown.   Two other photos preceding 
that were from earlier this week, in rough water, lots of birds feeding unlike 
today when most were out of the water.
