Hoover Meadows off the Hoover Reservoir in northern Columbus was a popular location yesterday. I was there earlier in the day than Charlie Bombaci, didn't get to see the Turkeys, but spent some time viewing a Northern Harrier cruising back and forth over the topmost area. And would you believe it, while driving back from Highbanks Metro Park after walking our dogs, I saw a pair of harriers "larking around" over Polaris Parkway by Old State Route 3. I enjoyed the aerial display.
