I heard a nighthawk in Clintonville last week. It's nice to hear they are
back in Columbus in full force. I suspect they are nesting on some of the
buildings on OSU campus. I've often heard and seen them flying around
Kottman Hall, which does have a gravel roof. Occasional checks haven't
turned up anything, but a more thorough survey of the buildings would
likely turn up a few nests.
