Today's lunch time birds - warbs were all in same shrub:

6 chimney swifts
1 great-crested flycatcher
1 chestnut-sided warbler (H)
1 yellow-rumped warbler
1 common yellowthroat (H)
1 northern parula
1 canada warbler
1 possible carolina wren
1 chipping sparrow
1 possible eastern phoebe nest inside building by 9th St. entrance
Numerous starlings and am robins
