I rode along with Ryan Golterman and his mom to Headlands Beach State Park today (thanks man!).  We picked a good day to visit; the place was hopping with migrants.  Among the highlights were: osprey, solitary sandpiper, belted kingfisher, red-headed woodpecker, 4 flycatcher sp. including several leasts, Swainson's thrushes, brown thrasher, 15 warbler sp. including chestnut-sided, magnolia, black-throated blue, yellow-rumped, blackburnian, palm, blackpoll (10+), black-and-white, Am. redstart, ovenbird, mourning, Wilson's, and Canada, scarlet tanager, and Baltimore orioles.  Good stuff!  Craig H.
