If it's any indication, my place, 20 miles from the lakefront, near Brecksville (just outside of Cuyahoga County, in Summit) is slammed with birds this morning, including Blue-winged, Yellow-throated, Tennessee, Yellow-rumped, Black-throated Green, Chestnut-sided, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, two Wood Thrushes, and several Baltimore Orioles.

As predicted by numerous sources including Kenn Kaufman, today should be an excellent day along the lake in northern Ohio for a mass number of new migrants. Get out there. Anywhere.
