FWIW, I emailed a Miss. Kite sighting form to Ned on June 4th and didn't get a bounce back.

The Conneaut Snowy Plover is ancient history.  Today I again tried to

submit a report to the OBRC and AGAIN the email bounced.  I would say doing

the "write" thing is currently impossible to do electronically.  Should I

print pictures and send snail mail?



Should I even bother?
