The good news is that we have 242 species after five months, which is
93% of what we found all last year. We are doing a bit later than last
year, but not much. We have some nice finds, but we have fallen behind
on shorebirds and waders, at all of which we have good or better chances
ahead of us. Please see the new totals and more details at
http://www.columbusaudubon.org/production/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=777&Itemid=238
and let me know if I missed anything, then keep us informed as you
find new species for the year, ESPECIALLY in wetlands.
Good birds,
Bill Whan
Columbus
