I was just at the location of the Black-bellied Whistling-Duck at the Arbors of Mount Vernon and 
it was present with a group of geese and Mallards. Mostly the entire duration I was there, it was 
sitting down under the grass. Park at the Hillside Vet Clinic and walk across the street to the 
sidewalk on Yauger Road. I also saw a Northern Mockingbird a couple houses down.
