GREAT morning @ Conneaut!!    7:00 - noon      VERY chilly w/strong winds out of the northwest with waves crashing over the breakwall!!!!48* and cloudy - there was a brief 1/2 hour sprinkle around 8:30.Today's finds included -    TVulture - 15ish  BKingfisher - 1      Dunlin - 10+   Mallard - 20+   GBHeron - 4   Killdeer - 8+   ACrow - a few   SPPlover - 20+   SPSandpiper - 50+     YWQarbler - a few   RWBbird - many   Western Sandpiper - 3+   BEagle - 4   White-rumped Sandpiper - 5+   BarnSwallow - 15+   BankSwallow - 5+   GrHeron - 2   PMartin - 10+   Spotted Sandpiper - 2   Red Knot - 1   RuddyTurnstone - 2   Osprey - 1   Least Bittern - 1 or 2   SNOWY PLOVER - 1   Baird's Sandpiper - 1 (need to check photos)   RBGull - 50+   HGull - 8+   GBbGull - 1 (not the "odd" one)   CGoose - 30+   Rock Pigeon - 2    SNOWY discovered by Bob, then Steve and Cole and I consulted w/Sibley and other books that confirmed bird.    @ noon when i left there wer probably 30 people who had come to see the bird! fun!!buster
