Here's a shot of one of the Little Blue Herons up at Hoover from my Kayak
this evening (7/28). The little guy/girl just stood there and posed for me
for a couple of minutes.



There were two near the Osprey platform south of the boardwalk. I'm almost
positive there was at least one more just east\south east of the boardwalk
with some Great Egrets.
