Five of us got a very good look at the little blue heron this morning at around 10:00 a.m. The bird was seen about 30-40 yards south from the Hoover Boardwalk just at the waters edge. The bird remained there for several minutes and was re-spotted later from area N looking back toward the area just south of the boardwalk. Two more people were in the group at that point and got to add this as a life bird. I will be posting pictures on Birding Ohio on Facebook.
