Following is an e-bird report from Hueston Woods State Park today. There are extensive mudflats near the nature center, but few shorebirds. Bank swallows were swarming low over these mudflats. Most of the gulls were at the beach, and all of the vultures were on the roof of the lodge.

En route but not at Hueston Woods = red-tailed hawk, rock pigeon, mourning dove, chimney swift, barn swallow, starling.
