There is currently a snowy egret at the north end of Hoover reservoir boardwalk towards the first major bend of the boardwalk alternating between the Weise road side and the more easterly side of the creek. Also present and flying around is the immature little blue Heron which could be confused at a distance with the snowy. The snowy has nearly an all dark bill and brighter yellow lores with darker greenish legs with blackish fronts to them. Good bird for here. Good variety of shore birds as well nothing rare yet.
