[log in to unmask][log in to unmask], 9 Sep 2012 08:37:09 -0400467_ISO-8859-1 I just had distant looks at a pale looking phalarope sp. viewed from the dam. It was sitting on open water in the middle of the reservoir near a small group of Cormorants when I found it, then it flew up and east out of sight. I don't think it left the area (though it could end up at Hoover) so if you're nearby birding today it would be worth reading up on Red Phalarope ID and stopping by. A scope or a boat would come in handy! ;-) [...]45_9Sep201208:37:[log in to unmask]
Is there any more information about the three Cinnamon teal seen on Sunday by Henry Burton and reported yesterday? Are the photos available for public viewing?
