Congratulations Toledo Naturalists Association on funding the new observation tower. Another fine place to use funds would be to give Ottawa NWR and the Magee Marsh free public wifi service. That way us Kindle Fire, Nexus 7, and other tablet users could also post bird sightings in a timely manner.
