Tomorrow's (Friday) forecast again looks ideal for a movement of waterbirds along the lakeshore. NNW winds at 15-20 mph and fronts (50% chance of rain) offer birders the opportunity to set up shop atop high bluffs (Rocky River Park, Lakewood Park, Sunset Park, etc.) to watch for gulls, jaegers, waterfowl moving ahead of, with and behind the fronts or with the sustained winds. Depending on what time the rain hits in the morning, this weather combination could produce good to excellent conditions for a small fallout or drop in of passerines at lakefront woodlots. Right now the rain is supposed to appear in the morning but not in the early am. I would get to the lake if you can, check lakefront woodlots and try an extended lake watch.

Best of birding-
