This morning Henry Burton and I are sitting beside the BSBO headquarters keeping watch on the five feeders that have been setup there. We've not yet seen the Broad-billed, but have picked up two distinct Rufous/Allen's hummingbirds coming in repeatedly. One definitely looks to be a Rufous, with a few replacement/retained orange feathers on the upper back.
