New Ohio eBird Hot Spot

Thompson Park
Upper Arlington, OH
Franklin County
(Coordinates: 40.043, -83.072 -- paste into a Google search or into the
mapping tool in eBird)

Located in the Columbus area, Thompson Park (formerly Lane Road Park) was
renamed in 2005 in honor of former Parks and Recreation Director Ken
Thompson -- famed for installing large mounds around the grounds. It is
located on McCoy Road between Mountview and Woodbridge Roads and it not far
from the Ohio State University campus. There are trails and a boardwalk into
a wetland.
