Wanted to let you know that Amanda has the seed for today.  I told her last
night I might have to cancel attending the service project today and indeed
I must back off.   I have too much on my plate for today which includes
going into work to get some things ready for Tues eve.  I know you have lots
of help and I can't do any of the physical things anyway right now.  My
apologies for cancelling to join you today.



I did spend 3 hours yesterday with Charlie Bombaci and will be working on
the list of supplies and a hopeful timeline for the project.  I have lots of
pics now for a display board for the OBS conf.  If you can come up with a
date to build some boxes in Oct on a Sunday afternoon then we can do the
display poster too.  I will need for several students and or parents to help
with the approved service project work we can do at the Nov OYBC conference
in Dayton.  I met with Charlie Zepp Fri eve and he will have 80 kits ready
to assemble.  It is going to be another exciting and high profile project.
We need to discuss the range of what our OYBC club will provide the project.
I am writing at least one grant.



Thanks and see you Tues eve and come early if you can.  I'll be there at 6pm
for setting up.  Suzan has a new set up for us and the short program is in
the main room and refreshments are in a different area.  I'll see how this
comes together Tues!
