Thanks to Bill Whan for reporting the large flock. This afternoon they had 
somewhat dispersed, some moving upriver and easily viewed from the deck by 
the Grange Audubon Center.

Also seen at Greenlawn Dam sitting on the spit was a suspected Tern, 
although exact species could not be determined even with views by several 
birders.

A walk along the trail north and south of the Center yielded almost no 
birds at all, except for a probable female Pine Warbler.
