Hi all,

This morning at Blendon Woods, I mistakenly pointed out a "Sedge Wren" to a
number of other birders just before the path forks at the pond. The bird
was hard to see, but when visible it was clearly a Marsh Wren (oops!!) -- I
didn't think to look carefully at my photos until later today. If any of
those other birders happen to read this, my apologies for the mis-ID!

Additionally, there was a Blackpoll/Bay-breasted ("Baypoll") warbler we
were trying to figure out, and again, the photos say Blackpoll.

Photos of both birds can be found in this eBird Checklist:

Later this evening, I strapped my 7.5 month old son to my chest and went
for an hour long walk around the north end of OSU's Waterman Farm. We ran
into another Cistothorus wren, which at the time I saw well but briefly,
noting a buffy but bold supercillium and overall look and sound that was
similar to the bird I saw this morning. I didn't dwell long (did I mention
I had an infant strapped to my chest?) so I'm now a bit uncertain of my
initial ID and am leaving this one IDed as a Marsh/Sedge Wren. Coordinates
(you can copy/paste into google maps) of the exact location of the wren can
be found in this eBird Checklist:
http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S11648901

Other birds in the area include a late VEERY and a couple Rose-breasted
Grosbeaks.
