About 4:30 p.m. this afternoon, Steve Miller put out a local bird alert.
 There was a red-neck Phalarope at Stump's Pond on Palestine-Union City
Road just south of the small crossroad town of Nashville in Darke County.
 I also saw it about 7pm. this evening.
