In response to the posting about first juncos of the season, last week I saw 4 or 5 in my yard here in Ashland.
At the time, I thought they seemed earlier than they usually appear.  Are others also seeing them this early?  Is 
this in fact early and if so, any guesses as to why? Thanks.
