Fish Crow: 2, at the junction of Cedar and South Green roads in
University Heights

While running errands today, I came across a perched crow near the
grocery store where the Fish Crows were hanging out this spring. I
watched the bird sit and preen itself for thirty minutes. I didn't have
binoculars with me, and the bird sat silent the whole time. I stuck
around since the bird appeared small, thin-billed, and short-legged as a
Fish Crow should. Finally, a second bird appeared and they called to
each other, confirming their identity.

Hopefully they will stick around for the Cleveland Christmas Bird Count.
