There were 4 Surf Scoters and one White-winged Scoter at Caesar Creek today. The White-winged was near the beach, the surfs were near a large raft of ducks seen initially from Harveysburg Rd, but better viewed from the mountain bike path at Ward Rd. All scoters were female or immature birds.

Other ducks

Gadwall
Mallard
American Wigeon
Ruddy Duck
Bufflehead
Redhead
Canvasback
Lesser Scaup
Ring-necked

Many Horned and Pied-billed Grebes and around a dozen Common Loons were spread about the lake.
