TIME: 8:00am-12:45pm; 2:15pm-4:45pm TEMP.: 46-55-53 COND.: Cool & mostly cloudy, west winds 5-10mph.
ROUTES: Same usual morning & afternoon routes - (afternoon cut short due to vehicle problems).
