There was a Prairie Falcon seen by Jeff Loughman and myself this morning at Findlay Reservoir #1.  Picture and a brief description of behavior to be found on rarebird.org.
It flew off to the SE, so it may return or may be hunting bean fields.
 
To address commentary; I posted first on facebook's Birding Ohio and rarebird.org for a very simple reason; they photo capabilities.  The listserv is a wonderful resourse, but has it's limitations, just as all methods of posting or communication do.
