I had not been to Villa Angela/Wildwood for six days as I was out-of-town so I went late this evening from 5pm to 6:30pm to see what was being seen. Mostly Golden-crowned Kinglets 25+, only few Ruby-crowned Kinglets 2, Brown Creeper 1, Hermit Thrush 10, A. Robins 12+, White-throated Sparrows, Winter Wrens 5, Swamp Sparrow 1, Dark-eyed Juncos 6, and the first Fox Sparrows (2) I have seen. I guess they have arrived several days ago along the lake and some inland locations in the county. These were in the west end of the birch woods north of the field, north of the library mixed in with White-throated Sparrows in the leaves so I almost missed them.
