The Cattle Egret reported by Donald Morse yesterday on Cincinnati birds was still present on the south beach at East Fork SP as of 8:40am Wednesday. I first found it on the grass in front of the pavilion, with the Canada geese and Ring-billed Gulls. As I was leaving, it picked up and flew to the left, landing in the grass at the west end of the beach near the cove.

Also seen: Osprey, Belted Kingfisher, 2 Great Blue Herons, lots of killdeer, crows, coots and a tree full of Eastern Bluebirds, chattering away.
