Had the Red-throated Loon in fading light from several locations south of the Smothers Rd. bridge, which is the Franklin co. portion of Hoover reservoir. We spotted it first from the dam, then walnut st., then Bel Lago at sunset. The bird was moving around a lot as boats were coming in. It was always by itself when I saw it, and there were some flocks of Lesser Scaup and Horned Grebes floating in the vicinity. I think I got some crappy photos in the setting light; if they are any good, I'll post them on flickr and Birding Ohio fb later.
