A few stops along the river in Dublin (NW suburb of Columbus) yesterday found a few migrants. I stopped at Kiwanis, Koscuiscko, and Frink parks, then Traphagen preserve, before finishing along the lower parts of the O'Shaughnessy reservoir. Waterfowl were very few, with only 1 Lesser Scaup and a few Hooded Mergansers joining the Mallards along the reservoir. The reservoir did hold over 200 Bonaparte's Gulls, however, most of which were around the Home Rd. bridge. Landbird highlights included

E.Bluebirds - flyovers at nearly every stop; the reservoir shore had 7-8
Golden-cr.Kinglets - at Kiwanis and Trapahagen
Cedar Waxwings - small flocks at Koscuiscko and Frink parks
American Pipit - 1 flyover at Frink Park
Chipping Sparrow - 1 laggard with a flock of Juncos and Song Sparrows at Frink Park
Field Sparrow - 1 with a few Tree Sparrows at Traphagen Preserve
Swamp Sparrow - singles at Kiwanis and in the pocket marsh at Traphagen
Fox Sparrow - 1 near the pocket marsh at Traphagen
Pine Siskin - 2 fly-bys were at Koscuiscko Park, a good spot for forest bird flocks.
