The first hour of the day I was not able to count due to the snow. The snow
let up about 8:10 and then the birds began moving. The Bonaparte's gulls
moved in three distinct groups. The first at about 8:30, the second about
8:50, and the third around 9:20. The movements consisted of about 200+
birds each and the gulls streamed by for 10-15 minutes. The little gull was
in the first group. The only other bird of note was an adult Kumlien's
Iceland gull.
