Tonight at 5PM, Monday, there were 5 Snow Geese, in and along the shore of the Ohio River in the city of Marietta. They were directly in front of The Levee House Restaurant, at the toe of the river bank, along with some Canada Geese. The group consisted of 3 adult white phase, 1 adult Blue Phase, and interestingly 1 immature. This location is just upstream from the confluence with the Muskingum River. Seems like a crazy place for this hard to come by species to be found.
