Friday from about 3:30 to 5:30 PM Mike Grguras and I from nearby PA searched in vain for the Western Grebe at multiple locations on Mosquito Lake. Since two other posters at the lake in the afternoon did not mention the Western Grebe, and Ben Morrison saw a Western Grebe (or Clark's) at 4:00 at LaDue Reservoir, which I see is about 25 miles west, maybe this all means the Mosquito Western Grebe is now at LaDue?
(We did see one Eared Grebe, but missed the crossbills. I saw the Western Grebe Thursday.)
