We arrived in the Conneaut Harbor Area in Ashtabula County about 8:45AM. Day 6 of rain, wind, and a 42 degree temperature greeted us. From our arrival we have recorded these birds of interest, 5 Brant, 25+ Snow Buntings, 1 Little Gull , 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 6 Great Black-backed Gull, and 1 Eastern Phoebe. At about 9:15AM I was able to track down the harbormaster, who was nice enough to open the gate. So there is access for at least today. It is presently 10:30AM, there has been almost no flybys, and yesterdays waterfowl has apparently moved on. Bob and Denise Lane / Mahoning County
