Dear Business Organization Presidents,

I hope you enjoyed your 3-day weekend! I have been asked to submit a 
report from all business orgs regarding travel. This will help us 
determine the amount of travel done by our organizations and if our 
organizations travel internationally or domestically. Specifically, could 
you please provide me with the following:


•	The name of your organization
•	The location(s)of where your organization travelled in 2012 
•	Was your trip for a national conference, professional development 
opportunity such as a site visit to a corporation or a leadership 
conference
•	How many days were you travelling per trip?
•	How did you reach your destination? ie rented car, personal car,   
charter
