Following up on Rob Thorn's encouraging report of Black-Crowned Night Herons
at Confluence Park (The Boat House Restaurant off of North Souder Ave in
Columbus, where the Olentangy & Scioto Rivers meet)- today I saw at least 9
of them roosting there, in addition to 5 Hooded Mergansers in the water.
