I just got a call from Bill Kinkead. He and Doug Cook had a juvenile Golden
Eagle about noon at the Wilds. They saw it perched, watched it fly a bit
and perch again. They had taken Coal Hill Road south and at the base of the
hill they turned left and headed east along a road (no name). They had gone
up and down a few small hills when they saw the bird perched on the north
side of the road.

This is especially good news as tomorrow the OOS has a field trip to the
Wilds. Good luck to all the participants.
