Not if it was the size of a blue jay.  My first guess would be an escaped specimen of Icterus icterus, the Troupial.
I have encountered them in Puerto Rico; they look like Baltimores bulked up on steroids.

Is it possible to have a Baltimore Oriole here is South West Ohio in the winter?
The bird was about the size of a Blue Jay and was Orange and black.
