Mogadore Reservoir had open water both above, and below the dam. No surprises, but gadwalls, redheads, ring-necked duck, hooded mergansers, ruddy ducks, and a couple coots. East of the lake, along a creek, were red-shouldered hawk and pileated woodpeckers. No gulls along Gilchrist Rd yet.
When I got home, a beautiful FOX SPARROW was under my feeder!
Peace,
Gregory Bennett
