2 ROSS'S GEESE were seen this afternoon along St Rt 95 at Funk Bottoms WA,
Wayne County right beside the continuing 8 (including 2 blue phase) Snow Geese.
We could not relocate the previously reported Greater White-fronted Geese but
they could still be there. A Short-eared Owl was perched on the corn stubble in
front of the geese & ducks at midday. Also noted were 3 Green-winged Teal,
Killdeer, 1 Sandhill Crane, Lapland Longspur, Northern Harrier. Many Tundra
Swan, geese, Pintails, Mallard, & Black Ducks are there.
