I would like to know what, if any, is the interest level, among OOS members, in facilitating the construction of an observation blind at the Killdeer Plains Wildlife Area owl grove? Recent ado on the topic cannot be the first instance of this controversy.
A well placed blind would not prevent anyone from doing anything they are determined to do. However, I feel it would send a powerful suggestion, and decrease questionable behavior which many feel is a potential stress on the owls.

Peace,
Gregory Bennett
